You already know what the problem is.
Most people looking for a coach are not short of information. They know which decision they are avoiding, which conversation they have not had, which thing they said they would do in January. What is missing is not advice. It is an hour with someone whose only job is to help you think clearly about it.
That is what coaching is: a structured conversation, directed at your own thinking, that ends with something specific to do and a date to do it by.
How we work
Sessions are one to one, online. We use established coaching frameworks — GROW and the Wheel of Life — alongside our own tools for identifying strengths and for working with the emotional side of a decision. You can read about all of them before you book, and use our free resources first if you would rather look than commit.
What we do not do
Coaching is not therapy or counselling, and it does not treat mental health difficulties. It is not mentoring — we are not here to tell you how we did it. Where your difficulty is one of distress rather than of direction, we will say so and point you somewhere more useful. We are not an accredited training body and we issue no qualifications.
Italian lessons
Grammar, verbs, vocabulary and culture, organised by level from beginner to advanced, with video lessons and private sessions with a dedicated teacher.
