Our Method
Learning online has become the most flexible way to study — and, done well, one of the most effective. But a method only works if it adapts to the person in front of you. That is where we start.
Finding the right rhythm
Every learner moves at a different speed. Some need repetition before things settle; others want to push ahead and be challenged. Some learn best by speaking from day one; others need to listen for a while before they feel ready.
Our job, in the first sessions, is to work out your rhythm — and then build the course around it.
This is not a fixed programme that you have to keep up with. It is a course that moves at your pace, adjusting as you go. If something needs more time, we give it more time. If you are ready to move on, we move on.
How we teach Italian
Our approach follows the natural process of learning a language: listen, repeat, understand, practise.
Listen. You start with the sounds and the music of Italian — the rhythm, the stress, the way words connect. Before you produce a language, you need to hear it properly.
Repeat. You begin to speak, imitating what you hear. Mistakes belong to this stage; they are not a problem in it.
Understand. Once the sounds feel familiar, grammar starts to make sense — not as abstract rules, but as the logic behind something you can already hear.
Practise. You use the language in real conversation, on topics that matter to you: your work, your travel, your interests.
Between live sessions you have video lessons, exercises and free resources, so the learning continues when we are not together.
How we coac
Coaching starts from where you are — not from where a model says you should be.
In our sessions we work on three things: clarifying what you actually want, understanding what is getting in the way, and building a practical way forward.
We use established frameworks — GROW, the Wheel of Life, work on emotional intelligence — but the tools are not the point. The point is the conversation. Coaching works because you are talking to someone whose only job, in that hour, is to help you think clearly: someone with no agenda of their own.
The same principle applies when we work with managers and teams. We start from the situation you are actually in, and shape the sessions around it.
What we believe
Learning a language and changing how you work are more alike than they look. Both need structure — a method, a sequence, something to hold on to. And both need to be personal, because a structure that ignores the person in front of it will not hold.
We try to give you both.
